1.2 The website is used to present Dropthework, communicate product information, publish updates and collect newsletter subscriptions or contact inquiries.
1.3 These Terms do not govern use of the Dropthework SaaS platform, business dashboard, customer applications, merchant ecommerce channels or paid services. Those services are governed by separate terms.
1.4 By accessing the website, users agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Users may subscribe to receive updates about Dropthework, product updates, release notes, educational content, Marketplace availability, commercial announcements and related Appthework communications.
5.2 Subscription is voluntary.

5.4 Subscribing to the newsletter does not create a customer account, SaaS subscription, beta access right, commercial contract or right to receive any specific product feature.
Acceptable website use
6.1 Users must not misuse the website, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, scrape the website unlawfully, attack infrastructure, impersonate others or use the website for fraud, spam or unlawful activity.
